SIP BUILT REFUND POLICY
Our Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which a deposit may be partially refunded, primarily if the permitted work will not be completed as initially scheduled. For cancellations made at least 60 days prior to the agreed construction start date, a portion of the deposit may be refunded, though a non-refundable processing fee of one hundred and fifty dollars ($150) will be retained. Additionally, clients are responsible for all bank fees incurred by SIP BUILT during the refund process. Please note that no deposit refunds are issued for cancellations occurring within 60 days of the scheduled construction start date. Furthermore, Plan Review fees are always deducted separately and are non-refundable. Once the authorized work has commenced, no refunds of the deposit shall be issued, and SIP BUILT reserves the right to retain the entire deposit, or an appropriate portion in addition to the processing fee, depending on the extent of work initiated. All refund requests must be submitted as a detailed written explanation at least 60 calendar days prior to the agreed start date and should be followed up by calling (616-822-1265).
